These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the online platform operated by RIDERS GLOBAL SOLUTION LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom, with registered office at 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, WC1N 3AX, UK, Company Registration No. 15729862 (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”, “we”, or “our”).

By accessing and using our platform and entering into a collaboration agreement, the user (“Collaborator” or “Rider”) confirms that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the platform.
1. Definitions

Platform: The digital system (website, mobile app, or other digital tool) operated by RIDERS GLOBAL SOLUTION LTD to manage the collaboration between Riders and commercial Partners.

Collaborator / Rider: An independent individual contracted to perform delivery services under a collaboration agreement, without being an employee of the Company.

Partner: Third-party entities (e.g., delivery platforms such as Glovo, Uber Eats, Bolt Food, etc.) working with the Company to assign delivery tasks.

Activity Report: A document issued periodically to detail the Rider’s completed orders, shift schedule, and associated earnings.​

2. Purpose of the Platform
​
The platform is designed to facilitate the independent delivery activity of Collaborators by connecting them to third-party Partners. The platform provides tools for onboarding, schedule management, order assignment, reporting, and payment processing.
The Company does not act as an employer. All services are provided by Collaborators on an independent basis.

3. Eligibility Criteria
​
To become a Collaborator on the platform, the individual must meet all of the following conditions:

Be at least 18 years old;

Be a Romanian citizen or legal resident of Romania;

Be legally entitled to provide independent services;
-
Own a suitable and operational means of transportation (bicycle, scooter, motorbike, car);
-
Possess a smartphone compatible with the Partner applications;
-
Sign the collaboration agreement and accept these Terms.

4. Legal Nature of Collaboration
​
The collaboration between the Company and the Rider is contractual and non-employment based. No labor or subordination relationship is created. The Rider is fully autonomous in choosing their work schedule and activities.
The Collaborator is solely responsible for their own fiscal reporting and compliance with local tax laws, including declaring income and paying applicable taxes and contributions.

5. Operating the Platform
​
5.1 Schedule Booking
​
Riders book their preferred working shifts via the app or system provided by the Company or its Partners. The system is flexible, and shifts are not mandatory.

5.2 Performing Deliveries
​
The Rider must:

Accept and pick up orders as shown in the Partner’s application;
-
Deliver the order to the customer at the specified address;
-
Ensure safe handling of food or packages, respecting hygiene protocols;
-
Dress appropriately, maintaining a clean and professional appearance;
-
Respect estimated delivery times and service quality standards.

5.3 Professional Conduct
​
The following are strictly prohibited:

Performing deliveries under the influence of alcohol or drugs;
-
Sharing your user account or using someone else’s account;
-
Repeatedly canceling or delaying orders without valid justification;
-
Acting in a way that damages the reputation of the Company or its Partners.

6. Equipment and Resources
​
The Company may provide, as applicable:
-
A thermal delivery bag;
-
Promotional and identification materials;
-
Administrative and onboarding support;
-
Fuel or logistical assistance in specific cases.
All equipment must be returned in good condition at the end of the collaboration. Damaged or unreturned equipment will be charged to the Collaborator.

7. Compensation and Payment
​
7.1 Payment Structure
​

Payments are made weekly, based on activity reports from Partners;
-
The Company deducts a commission of 8% to 15% from gross earnings;
-
Payment breakdowns may include: agency earnings, tips, cash orders, fuel provided, and other applicable expenses.

7.2 Payment Method and Schedule
​
-
Payments are made via bank transfer or in cash (where applicable);
-
Payments are processed within 5 business days from the date the report is validated.
The Company is not liable for delays caused by the Partner or banking institutions.

8. Tax and Legal Responsibility
​
The Collaborator is entirely and exclusively responsible for:
-
Declaring income to the national tax authorities;
-
Issuing invoices or payment notes, if required;
-
Paying any income tax, social security, or other contributions related to their earnings.
The Company does not act as a tax withholding agent and bears no fiscal liability on behalf of the Rider.

9. Limitation of Liability

RIDERS GLOBAL SOLUTION LTD is not liable for:
-
The behavior or actions of Collaborators during deliveries;

Damages arising from failure of Partners to fulfill obligations;
-
Technical issues related to the Partner applications;
-
Indirect or consequential losses, lost earnings, or third-party claims.

10. Termination of Collaboration
​
The collaboration may be terminated:
-
By either party, with a written notice of 5 days;
-
In cases of serious misconduct or repeated violations of obligations;
-
By mutual agreement;
-
Upon expiration of any agreed term (if applicable).
Upon termination, the Collaborator must return all equipment and settle any outstanding balances.

11. Force Majeure
​
Neither party shall be held liable for failure or delay in performing obligations due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, pandemics, cyberattacks, or government actions.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
​
These Terms and the collaboration agreement are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any dispute shall first be resolved amicably. If not possible, disputes shall be submitted to the competent UK courts.

13. Amendments to Terms
​
RIDERS GLOBAL SOLUTION LTD reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. All changes will be communicated via email or posted on the platform. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
